The Cheetah Mounts ALAMP Professional Articulating Arm Mount features molded aluminum arms, a rotating LCD plate to level your display, and cable mangement accent pieces to give your display a truly professional appearance. The arms extend out from the wall 14″ and collapse to 3″. This mount is available in all Black, Silver with Black Accents, and White with White accents. This mount will fit VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm hole patterns and can hold up to 30lbs. Some displays up to 32″ are less than 30lbs and use a VESA 100X100mm hole pattern. However, we feel this mount is best suited for displays in the 15-24″ range. There is a larger Cheetah model, the ALAMPL, with a VESA 200x200mm (also fits 100x100mm) face plate that we recommend for displays in the 26″-37″ size range. These are well made mounts comparable to store models costing three times as much.

5 Stars Easy to use and does the job.
I am known as not being the handiest of people but instructions were clear, and it came with ALL the parts you could possibly need to install it with. Works beautifully in my desk with LCD monitor. I might even get a second for my other LCD monitor. Have no hesitation recommending it. Only thing I can see them adding would be a template to drill holes but it was was easy enough to do with out it. Can’t go wrong with this product if you are looking for simple adjustable arm. They also had very fast shipping too.

5 Stars Nicely built, east to mount, well constructed, great price.
After searching many online sources, I found the Cheetah Mount to be very reasonably priced. I needed one for my 12 pound Vizio LCD TV, so the 30 Pound rating was fine. The construction is very solid. It was easy to attach it to the wall using the supplied hardware and instructions. The arm sections have removable covers to hide the wires you run through them.

Each joint is adjustable for stiffness using a hex wrench. You can get it just right so the TV is easy to move, but doesn’t swing around too easily. Unlike many other mounts, the Cheetah mount allows the TV to be rotated to level the display side-to-side to correct for any slight sagging of the arm that may occur from the weight of the TV. I did find sagging to be almost non-existent, but I am using the arm at less than half its weight rating. If you use the arm at near its 30 pound rating, you may see more sagging, though it is quite strong and wouldn’t sag any more than other brands.

I am very happy with my Cheetah Mount and would buy from them again.

We installed for a 15″ flatscreen tv. Picked this one because it tilts, and it’s installed fairly high up on a bedroom wall. Seems to work fine – you have to adjust with an allen wrench (provided) to lock in the angle of tilt you want – maybe that’s why the other reviewer felt their monitor was drooping. Not sure what our tv weighs, as we’ve had it a while.

1 Star Can’t hold the advertised weight
I bought these to hang a 24″ iMac on the wall. The iMac is rated at 25.4 pounds with stand and probably about a pound less without the stand. Yet when using this wall mount, the mount droops significantly. I’d be surprised if this mount can hold anything more than 15 pounds.
