Premier Mounts CTM MS2 Universal Flat Panel Mount

Premier Mounts, the undisputed leader in mounting solutions for LCD/plasma displays, proudly presents the Universal Series of flat-panel mounts. Model # MS1 fits most LCD/plasma displays from 24″-36″ and MS2 fits most displays from 37″ to 61″. Model MS1 is available in a single-piece wall plate (CTM), while MS2 comes in either a single- (CTM) or -dual (PCM) wall plate design. The uniqueness of the Universal Series design is based on Premier Mounts new Griplate System, which uses an innovative hole plate. The Griplate System accurately supports the appropriate mounting hardware and its ‘teeth’ set within detents along the mounting bracket for a solid fit while securing the display. This eliminates the need for excessive torque on the mounting hardware that most ‘universal’ products require. Included set screws at the base of the mounting brackets and safety knobs at the top offer added security after installation and also serve to lock the display in place once lateral placement has been determined. The Universal Series comes in an attractive dark gray finish.

5 Stars Rock solid mount
Best high end mount for your money. Rock solid even after a 5.6 earthquake. Love the fact that you can tilt and move your flat screen horizontally after installation. Professional installation highly recommended.

3 Stars Crazy contraption
It seems they designed this thing upside-down. We actually mounted ours upside down because if mounted the “correct” way you will have a 75 pound tv hanging on 2 tiny little screws. But it was cheap so I can’t complain that the designers design things upside-down.

4 Stars Substantial
This is really a substantial wall mount, and probably more so than needed for LCD wall panel TVs. The back plate is larger than some and limits placement of outlets behind it. Since it is truly universal, including accommodating a swing mount onto the wall plate it may be heavier and larger than needed for a simple fixed or tilt screen. The holes are a bit limited in placement as well.

Having said that, I like it, in that it is definitely solid and I know that it will stay on the wall.

1 Star Not written in a Godly way
Well,,this is not what I think God had intended for us Christ Followers to read. It’s about love more than a godly woman,,I feel. I Would not recommend to a Christan woman of faith.

1 Star Another turnoff
Ostensibly about things spiritual, Eat, Pray, Love is IMO about nothing except its author. Narcissistic in the extreme and exceedingly repetitive (OK, we get it, you’re depressed already), this memoir might better have been called “A Year in the Life of Elizabeth Gilbert”. The author is to be applauded for taking a break from the life that apparently was destroying her soul, but there’s not enough here of interest to others to warrant an entire book, unless you happen to care about Gilbert’s every thought. Because I chose to stop reading it after the section on Italy, I’ll stop writing about it here. Enough said.

2 Stars Narcissistic, Annoying, and Too Girly
I’m not sure who started the hype about this book, but it’s not true. While the author’s storytelling is witty and funny, this does not make up for the narcissism of a relatively spoiled woman who happened to encounter a kink in her life (a bad relationship). Rather than doing anything that could help better the world with the year she is given to take off and write this book, she spends her time fussing over a cute boy or two in Italy, obsessing over exactly how to meditate in India, and justifying the break from her self-imposed year-long fast from sex while she’s in Indonesia. The Pray section of the book is the most annoying, and I would have stopped reading the book altogether had I not promised the girlfriend who gave me the book that I would read it. The book lacks any depth (emotional, cultural, or otherwise), and inspires its readers to nothing but their own self-centeredness. The only thing going for it is the author’s wit.

4 Stars Mixed feelings
When I finished the book, I was glad I had read it. But it took a long time to read it as the first third seemed to just go on and on and on. The second third was o.k. reading. The last of the book was excellent and made it worth the time.

It got mixed reviews from my friends….people seemed to either REALLY like it or really didn’t….few inbetweens.

Excellent mount for the price! As others have said, don’t pay 2 or 3 hundred, that’s just insane. This mount was every bit as good as a Sanus mount costing $90-$160 at a discount retailer! DON’T PAY THEIR PRICES!! JUST GET THIS MOUNT!! Awesome quality at an excellent rpice!!

3 Stars Not so heavy duty TV mount
The price on this TV wall mount was too good to pass up, but it is not very sturdy! This mount is barley capable of supporting a 50″ plasma. I am using it now for 4 months, but I worried about it the 1st week. So far it is still holding.

5 Stars Great Install.. Especially Screws
If you’ve ever mounted a TV before, you know drilling those screws into the stud can be an absolute pain.. pushing hard and risking stripping the screws. This mount had a great system. After you drill the pilot holes, use a socket wrench to install and tighten the screws. Amazingly simple and hassle free. Love it. Yeah watch the levels they are not accurate. Use your own. What a deal for so cheap. The tilt works as designed as well.

4 Stars Great mount, great customer service, but took some time
It took about five days to receive this product and I only got the metal pieces. I called the company and they shipped the mounting hardware in two days and emailed me installation instructions immediately. I didn’t have to sit on hold forever and they were very friendly and helpful. We used this to hold a 42″ Samsung and so far so good! Oh and like everyone else has also said, don’t use the level because it’s definitely not accurate.

4 Stars Pretty Good
So i bought this mount because of the good reviews posted about it. Everything was great until I had to mount the wall bracket. Being the perfectionist I am it took me close to an hour to figure out exactly how I want it hung, ie; height, where my outlet was, ect. Once I figured out where I wanted it to go it took only 15 minutes or so to get the wall mount set. Everthing from there was great but the reason why I marked a 4 star was due to the lack of illustrations in the directions. I’m a visualy learner and this lack of information is probably why it took me an extra 30 or so minutes.

All in all a good product. Total installation time was 1 hour.
